Princess Cruises' Sun Princess
The latest and greatest Love Boat in the Princess Cruises lineup is the Sun Princess, which will celebrate the first anniversary of its maiden voyage on Friday, February 28. She is the third Sun Princess for the storied cruise line and the debut ship of Princess's newest class of ships: the Sphere Class. The name of this new class comes from The Dome, a glass-enclosed structure on the top deck that houses a pool, an entertainment venue, and stunning ocean views. An expanded range of accommodations on the Sun Princess includes new cabana mini-suites with access to an exclusive sun deck. Sun Princess's sister ship Star Princess will set sail later this year.

Princess Cruises offers the innovative Medallion Class experience to all its guests. A multi-purpose wearable medallion is the heartbeat of the Princess cruising experience, with touch-free boarding, keyless stateroom entry, onboard navigation and shipmate locator, contactless payment, on-demand food and drink delivery, games and more! You may wear your medallion on a lanyard, or as a necklace, a bracelet, or a watch. Integrated with the Princess mobile app, the Medallion Class experience is the first and only of its kind in the cruise industry today.

The Sun Princess's new Cabana mini-suites on Deck 9 offer an exclusive sundeck as well as a private indoor/outdoor cabana included with each mini-suite. You can use your medallion to order food and drinks delivered to your cabana and mingle with other Cabana mini-suite guests on the shared sundeck.
